Meet Cathy
Cathy is a highly skilled Neurological Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience within the NHS and private practice. Cathy is passionate about providing a high-quality, evidence-based service focused on the individual.
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist from Manchester Metropolitan University, she has gained experience in various clinical settings, including Acquired Brain Injury Units, Specialist Stroke wards, clinic and in the community.
Cathy has received training in a wide range of evidence-based neurological approaches, such as constraint-induced movement therapy, high-intensity training, repetitive task practice training, hydrotherapy, and electrical stimulation.
Cathy is a member of the neurological physiotherapy specialist interest group (ACPIN) and is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council Professional Council (HCPC).
When not working, Cathy enjoys walking and building woodland dens with her husband and two young boys.
